Name: Building with the house number (DB_BUD);
Abstract: the layer contains the localization of buildings with the house number in the definition point form;
Reason of creation: update and development of the register;
Origin: from 1999 to 2008 manual vectorization against a background of cadastral maps at every scale (decimal, fathom, inset), automatized generating from the vector DKM/ISKN (c. 15 % of sum total), processing of the LOK statistical survey (c. 1,6 %) and the field seeking out with the subsequent approximate localization using cadastral maps (c. 2 %); see the items KVALITA and ZDROJ in the attribute structure); since 2009 – Cadastre of Real Estate, public administration system Register of Territorial Identification, Addresses and Real Estate and own statistical activities;
Extent/Completeness: Czech Republic territory / 99,7 % of sum total (see Data interpretation);

Publication information
Data interpretation: incongruity between the attribute affiliation of buildings with census districts and their real location is because of position of objects (with land-register and registration numbers) belonging to one municipality part consisting of more discontinuous territories; another reason is placing of objects in the territory of neighbouring municipalities; such buildings as the garage type (c. 30 000) are not localized and are the part of records in the descriptive part; the localization is unknown particularly in the case of recreation objects (cottages);
