It requires direct co-operation of statistics with users particularly in the field of data collection as well as in outputs from the statistical information system. Some users (especially microdata-users) may be possible statistical respondents and vice versa. The better and more integrated information the user may receive the more willingly he may collaborate. There are external users on both national and international level . The communication with users should focus mainly on: · Priority-setting in problem solution together with individual user-groups. · Guarantee of content comparability in accordance with user’s information systems and statistical information system. · Understandable and integrated description of indicators for users · Necessity of accepted standard applications · User's education and training, pilot projections, publishing of positive results in cooperation with users. On the basis of international experience and co-operation with R&D to search new methods in "feedback" on the dual track Statistics – Users.
