The participation of citizens in the 2011 Population and Housing Census is based on Act No. 296/2009 Coll. concerning the Population and Housing Census in 2011, and concerns all persons, who at the decisive moment, i.e. at the midnight from Friday March 25 to Saturday March 26, 2011 will be present on the territory of the Czech Republic.
