This chapter was compiled using data provided by the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic, General Directorate of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic, Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic, Police Presidium of the Czech Republic, General Directorate of Fire & Rescue Service of the CR, Ministry of Defence of the CR, and Directorate General of Customs.
Share of women among sentenced people with university tripled since 2000 till 2005. This trend did not continue and the share of women decreased.
Value of 2011has been the second highest one since 2000. There was not data available in the period 2006-2008.
