§ 26

 
(1) A legal person or a natural person carrying on trade in the position of a Reporting Unit commits an Administrative Delict by not performing Reporting Duty under § 10(3).
 
(2) A legal person commits an Administrative Delict under § 22(5) and (7) by not reporting to the Czech Statistical Office their foundation and other data necessary for the assignment of the Identification Number and incorporation into the Register or by not reporting changes of the stated facts.
 
(3) A penalty of CZK 100,000 or less shall be imposed for an Administrative Delict under paragraph 1 and a penalty of CZK 50,000 or less for an Administrative Delict under paragraph 2.
