§ 25 Administrative Delicts

 
(1) A person who is an employee of an authority carrying out the State Statistical Service or a person processing Statistical Surveys or collecting data for Agricultural Censuses commits an offence by breaching secrecy under § 16(1).
 
(2) A penalty of CZK 200,000 or less may be imposed for an offence under paragraph 1.
