§ 15 Conditions of Performing Reporting Duty

 
(1) Expenses related to performing Reporting Duty incurred by the Reporting Unit shall be borne by this Reporting Unit.
 
(2) To conduct Statistical Surveys, authorities carrying out the State Statistical Service must send the relevant questionnaires or information media to the Reporting Unit free of charge and provide the unit with the necessary methodologi­cal assistance.
 
(3) Performing Reporting Duty is not to be refused with reference to the provisions of special regulations concerning the observation of commercial confidence.
